Yes, you can cancel any time before your annual, quarterly or monthly subscription renews by emailing hello@thebrandmethod.com. This must be completed prior to the 22nd of the month, as new content is delivered each month on the 25th. If you request this cancellation after the 22nd, you will not be eligible for a refund for the month/quarter.

If you are on a quarterly or annual plan, the minimum membership term is 3 months and 12 months, respectively. You will not be eligible for a refund on any remaining time, should you wish to cancel within the minimum term. After this initial term, your membership will renew on the same payment frequency. Any cancellations must be submitted 3 business days prior to your membership auto-renewal.

All cancellations will lose eligibility for any applicable “grandfathered” pricing, should you wish to reestablish your subscription at another time.

You will be “grandfathered” into the new subscription pricing for the lifetime of your membership.

Monthly Membership: You’ll receive a welcome email and access to our online video library along with access to the content portal where you can access your monthly social media toolkit on the 25th of the month. Please note: if subscribing between 25th and the end of the month, your content will begin the following month.

12-month Memberships: You’ll receive instant access to your membership portal, where you can access our social content library, video tutorials and all your 12-month member bonuses! Each month on the 25th of the month, the following month's content will be uploaded to your membership portal.

The only credit you need to give is to yourself for making such a smart choice to use the Social Media Marketing Toolkit in the first place, saving yourself time and money marketing your business.

However, if you ever want to give us a shout-out and share what you love about the Salon Social Media Marketing Toolkit in any beauty business groups, we’d 💖💖💖 you for it.

NOTE: We do suggest that you update the Instagram handle that we put on each Canva graphic or image, to your own brand.

You will be billed according to the following payment terms:

Monthly Membership: 28 days from your date or purchase.

Quarterly Membership: 90 days from your date of purchase.

12-Month Membership: 365 days from your date of purchase.

Each month, we send out the content for the upcoming month on the 25th. If you are on a quarterly or monthly subscription, this will be emailed to you. If you are part of our annual 12-month subscription, this content will be added to your membership portal.

With an annual 12-month plan, not only can you save your salon up to $467 annually, you’ll also receive MEGA bonuses – our way of saying CONGRATULATIONS for committing to your social media long-term. On a monthly and quarterly membership you’ll receive access to new Canva templates and captions each month, however you won’t receive access to a membership portal where these are saved and won’t receive access to all the bonuses. No problem – all of our Canva templates are already professionally designed. Meaning the hard work has been done for you.

Even if you don’t have a creative bone in your body, these templates will make you look like you’ve hired a social media manager and graphic designer. All that you need to do is switch out the images, fonts and colours and your graphics will be ready to go.

When you’re ready to stretch yourself, you can check out our video library which hosts some additional tips and tricks for taking your designs to the next level – but that’s totally optional.

You can continue to use any content that is included in your membership, as long as you are an active paying member. That means that once your Salon Social Media Toolkit membership lapses, so does your licence to use the templates.

Yes – we suggest that you utilise a Canva Pro subscription, so that you have access to use any stock photos or elements we include in the design, without needing to pay for them. It’s also important for ensuring you can upload your brand fonts to Canva, which will make each design feel unique and on-brand to your salon. Don’t have a Canva Pro subscription?

You can view a range of our social media templates available in our online shop. Although the content we deliver each month is different, the styles and content will vary. However, our online shop will give you an idea of the quality of our designs.

Yes, absolutely – all our memberships are processed using Stripe credit card facilities.

Unfortunately, no. All membership payments are processed through Stripe and therefore require a credit or debit card to be stored on file.

Yes, you will be grandfathered into the subscription you sign up for, for the lifetime of your membership.

Should you wish to change your membership in any way, you will be again “Grandfathered” into the new subscription price you are signing up for at that time.
